**Post**: Team Administrator to the Psychology Department - Reaside Clinic

**Grade**: Band 4

**Hours or Work**: 30 hours per week

A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of working in a busy office environment is essential. The post holder will also be required to take comprehensive minutes and transcribe notes from digital dictation. They must have the ability to manage their time effectively in order to meet the needs of the team.

The successful applicant with have an NVQ Level III in Business Admin or equivalent plus relevant experience of working in an administrative role.
