**Data Entry Administrator**
Stephen James BMW is looking for a Data Entry Administrator to join our busy Accounts team. This is a great entry level position for applicants looking to expand their knowledge and experience in an account’s environment and develop a career with one of the world’s most iconic brands in the automotive industry.
**Your role**
As the Data Entry Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the Accounts team, reviewing and reconciling accounts (invoices, receipts & expenses) and will support the Accounts team as needed.
**The main duties of the role include**:
Preparing payments and ensuring paperwork is correct
British Car Auction administration, including invoice posting and allocation
Road Fund Licence data input
Assisting with the purchase ledger scans and to process invoices - specifically Manufacture account and Allocation report
Manage and Input Motability costs onto the system
Control of company accident claims
Some month end administration
Update accounting databases and spread sheets
Identify and address admin discrepancies
Distribution of the post
Managing & control of supplies for finance team, stationery, & general office tasks as required
**Your profile**
Good, clear communication skills
Organised with good administration and time management ability
Good data entry skills with the ability to identify errors
Intermediate IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft with the aptitude to grasp other IT & Accounts systems
Excel knowledge, creating spread sheets, managing worksheets, formatting cells and basic excel functions

**Salary and Hours**:
£18,200 to £20,000 per annum
Working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35hrs per week)
