Office Coordinator

Look no further We are excited to offer an amazing role for an experienced Office Coordinator for our prestigious client based in Cardiff. As the Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential office management support services and coordinating good health and safety practices to ensure compliance with policies.
- Be the first point of contact for office-related inquiries
- Manage parking allocation to ensure smooth operations
- Create a safe and welcoming workspace
- Coordinate the office telephone answering service
- Order all stationery and non-computing office supplies
- Manage the cleaning contract and oversee quality control of service provision
- Encourage colleagues to observe clear-desk policy
- Contribute to hazard identification, risk assessment, and policy development
- Ensure the office is a safe working environment
Additionally, you will have additional responsibilities, including advising management on statutory Health and Safety requirements, proactively assisting all departments in their compliance with Health and Safety Policy, and coordinating statutory testing and inspection of equipment.
