If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our hugely successful Customer Retention Team is looking to hire some new Customer Loyalty Executives
About the position
You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Customer Loyalty Executive position involves establishing an effective renewals process for the centre ensuring the manufacturer and Group 1 Automotive retention objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify End of Term & Early renewal opportunities via usage of Manufacturer Retention System(s)
- Identify leads by advising customers of key milestones in vehicle ownership in accordance with defined customer contact plans
- Contacting cash, and non-manufacturer finance, customers to identify leads
- Obtain service bookings via RTC 7 Day Diary Summary and identify renewal opportunities via the Manufacturer Retention System(s)
- Identify renewal opportunities for target vehicles by liaising with the retail centre sales management teams. Examples of target vehicles would include (but is not limited to) overage stock and demonstrators
- Ensure that all prospects identified are contacted and invited to the showrooms where they will be presented with the renewal proposition by the nominated Sales Executive
- Maintain accurate records updated daily which detail all renewal activity, specifically the number of prospects identified, contacted, appointed, appointment attended and sold split by Sales Executive.
- Actively participate in any meetings and ensure management & sales teams are updated with all renewal activity so that all opportunities are maximised
About our requirements
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Passion for Customer Service
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Sales Background would be advantageous
- Experience of working in a call centre would be advantageous
- Alternatively experience of working within a Dealership would be advantageous
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
