Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join their business based out of their Sidcup Dealership.

This is a new and exciting position that will provide a huge customer focus through the sales process. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you are key to the team’s success in delivering that experience through every step of our customer’s journey, maintaining existing customers and providing an exceptional service to new customers.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Executive who is looking to provide more of a focus on the Customer or someone with an exceptional ability to go above and beyond and provide the best service and convert this in to a sale.

About the Role
- Ensuring that you provide the highest level of customer care and all customers are satisfied with the experience given.
- Working closely with the direct sales team and helping with the end to end process of a sale.
- Provide a tailored experience for each customer, ensuring customers have had a full introduction to all specifications available within their vehicle
- Providing exceptional product knowledge to all customers
- Sending out CIT Now videos to customers.
- Representing the brand in a professional way.
- Upselling all addons and benefits of the car and other alternatives.

About You
- Excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people, with a professional manner.
- Strong communication skills whilst engaging with other people.
- Looking to delivery exceptional customer service in the modern way of a Customer Experience Specialist
- Willingness to learn
- Good work ethic to develop good product knowledge and to create, maintain and develop relationships.

What’s Next?

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
