Handover Specialist

Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a **Handover Specialist** to join their business based out of their **Lexus Sidcup **Dealership. This role is paying £35,000 and requires no Automotive experience as all training is provided.

This is a new and exciting position that will provide a amazing customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. As a **Handover Specialist** you will join our busy showroom team to help delight our client’s customers so that they always receive the very best experience when they visit the dealership.

This is a great opportunity for someone with the ability to go above and beyond and provide the best service possible to join the Automotive industry.

**About the Role as a Handover Specialist**
- Ensuring that we always provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible experience but working together as a strong team
- Through planning and communication with the Car Sales Executive to ensure that our customers have the best test drive experience to guide them towards the best product/service supporting them in their decision making
- Provide a tailored handover experience for each customer, ensuring customers have had a full introduction to all specifications available within their vehicle
- Your communication is key and listening to customers helps you to build rapport and understands fully their complete requirements for all their mobility needs.
- Provides accurate information at all times for all customers including timely and accurate communications leading up to their vehicle delivery
- Ensures that you maintain a continual dialogue with the customer that’s appropriate to them and in the manner / mechanism that suits them, always ensuring a personal service
- Representing the brand in a professional way
- Upselling all addons and benefits of the car and other alternatives

**About You**
- Excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people, with a professional manner
- Strong communication skills
- Deliver exceptional customer service in the modern way of a Test Drive and Handover Specialist
- Eager to get into the automotive sector
- Great work ethic to develop product knowledge and to create, maintain and develop relationships
- Hold a full valid UK driving license
