Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their business based out of their Sidcup Dealership.
The Car Sales Executives are responsible for engaging with customers day to day, discussing their requirements and finding the perfect vehicle to match their needs. You will also be responsible for offering finance options, add-ons and service plans.
About the Role
- Taking appointments from our clients lead qualification team
- Meeting and greeting customers (walk in/appointment) and showing them the dealership
- Discussing various options available to customers working within the lines of their needs and budge
- Giving an honest and transparent and sales experience
- Maximise every sales opportunity to meet personal sales and profit targets including conversions, test drives, warranty and add on sales
- Meeting or exceeding targets based on sales and customer satisfaction
- Deliver excellent service to each and every customer
- Liaise with the customer to arrange a handover and to complete all paperwork for a timely registration of the vehicle
- Demonstrate the most suitable options for the customer, encouraging them to experience the product
- Carrying out test drives with customers while explaining the features of the vehicle
- Personally, handover the vehicle and introduce the customer to the service team to secure future business
About You
- Ideally experience within a main dealer
- Non-Main Dealer Car Sales experience will be considered
- Any sales experience also considered
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have the desire to sell and to overachieve on targets
- Be a dynamic and personable person who is willing to learn
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Thrive under pressure
