**Legal Office Administrator**
**Belfast**
Artemis human capital is delighted to be assisting our client as they seek to appoint an Office Administrator to join their team of legal professionals located in their Belfast City Centre headquarters.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Scanning and saving post
- Providing a professional welcome to clients both in person and on the phone
- Providing catering at client meetings
- Preparation and collation of high volume, standard documentation
- Copying and preparing legal documents including trial bundles in hard and soft copy
- Assisting with the distribution of documents internally and externally including hand deliveries, court work and bank deposits
- Supporting the marketing department with in-office events and general administrative duties
- Booking travel as and when required
- Assisting with firm-wide initiatives to support business improvement
- Demonstrating the highest level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally
