Business Admin Support Officer

This is where your contribution to the team will be valued and supported. This is a Business Admin Support Officer at The Dean Neurological Centre, either part-time (30 hours) or full time (37.5 hours per week).
The Dean Neurological Centre is a large 60 bed service in on the outskirts of Gloucester (GL2 9EE), providing specialist nursing and therapy services for people living with complex long-term neurological conditions who require ongoing support and assistanceto maximise functional ability and independent living.
You will be part of the friendly and supportive Management team as you support ongoing projects, build, and maintain databases and collate information and reports, as well as produce agendas and papers for meeting, complete minute taking and support thesite with some finance-related activities.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Diary management
- booking appointments and arrangements for meetings with clients and colleagues
- Processing Purchase Ledger invoices as directed.
- Management of Petty Cash within the unit & accessing the units bank account as directed
- Manage timelines ensuring deadlines are met, action points are responded to, and all necessary documentation is completed
- Compiling letters, memos, minutes schedules and the organisation of meetings and visits to the unit
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Liaising with staff and residents as appropriate
- Other miscellaneous tasks to support the Director and the Senior Leadership team
**To be successful in this role, you will be**:
- GCSE or equivalent (C+) in Maths and English
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
- Good organisational skills
- Knowledge of project management planning
- Ability to analyse information
- Producing agendas and undertake minute taking
- Problem solving skills
- Time management skills
- Working with a multi-professional team
