We are looking to recruit a permanent CJD Admin Support Worker to provide administrative assistance to the Criminal Justice Department. This role is key to the service delivery of the department as you will be required to undertake a variety of tasks to support colleagues. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Answering the telephone and dealing with any queries from members of the public, partner agencies or internal colleagues either directly yourself or referring this to the relevant individual or team
- Completing statistical data where required
- Supporting the department by liaising with police officers, police staff, partner agencies and the general public when required

You will be mainly based in the Victim and Witness Unit supporting the Victim and Witness Support Officers but will be expected to assist the wider department when necessary.

Please be aware that the salary will be pro-rata due to it being a part-time role.
