We're collaborating with a prominent brand in the Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) market that is looking for a Service Desk Manager with knowledge of managing teams.
**The Role**
The Service Desk Manager role is an important operational leadership role within Service Management structure. You will be responsible for providing Service Desk support for the to a well-known reputable client.
As a Service Desk Manager, you have a seat at the table with the client's Technology and Software Solutions Management team and play a key role in shaping the service as we continue to grow.
**Day to Day Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage and mentor the Service Centre team within Operations
- Manage a cohort of service desk analysts to deliver high standards of customer care
- Goal setting, skill enhancement and coordination of performance review activities for Service Centre employees
- Mentorship
**Essential Skills**
- Previous experience in Service Centre Management
- Great excel skills and ability to pull out meaningful data from numerous locations to create quality reports and presentations.
- ITIL Qualified Preferred
- Experienced in dealing with Senior Leaders and Customer Stakeholders
- People Management/ leadership Experience and team working
