**The Team**

The Global Employee Engagement team sits within Global Brand and Communications team, which is a centre of excellence within the Corporate Relations function. This team is responsible for the development and delivery of an integrated reputation, communications,and engagement strategy and is accountable for: internal communications and employee engagement; external PR, media relations and press office communications; financial communications; global supply communications.

**The role**

Sitting within the Global Employee Engagement team, the role supports the delivery of key global employee engagement campaigns and leadership engagement activities. Responsibilities including the following:

- Creates and delivers global engagement campaigns and events bringing their Performance Ambition to life.
- Supports development and delivery of key leadership engagement activities, including event management for set pieces such as Global Broadcasts and SLG meetings.
- Partners with the Global Data & Digital Manager to generate M&E for team and the wider organisation, ensuring that they draw meaningful insights that can be shared with key stakeholders in order to drive continuous improvement
- Supports and coordinates delivery of the company's broader listening strategy, including the Your Voice survey.
- Leads on the GEE Team's relationship with CR colleagues in markets, ensuring that we are continuously listening to how the team can support them in amplifying global campaigns and contributing to their success

- Experience delivering large scale events to a high standard
- Strong working knowledge of digital and social media to drive reach an impact
- Excellent stake.holder and project management skills
- Confirmed experience operating within agile, cross-functional teams
- Excellent relational, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and lead third parties, ensuring that we get the best out of our agency relationships
