**Purpose of the Role**
- To increase profitable sales by researching, identifying new customers with outbound contact.
- To convert leads to sales from all inbound channels.
- To build and cultivate strong relationships with customers, providing an excellent level of customer service.
- To effectively negotiate deals and contracts with customers to achieve individual and group sales targets through successfully promoting our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media such as LinkedIn etc.
- To handle potential sales calls, ascertaining what the customer needs and advising them of how the Company can deliver to this specification.
- To generate quotations for customers through following them up and upselling when necessary to track the sale and close the deal.
- To promote and present Company products through meeting with clients, sales visits, and attendance at expositions such as LAMMA.
- To manage and update leads/activities with a view to maintaining accurate records of your communications with customers to which you can be held accountable.
- To manage the accounts of existing customers, ensuring that you consolidate these relationships through providing excellent customer service.
- To regularly review your own sales performance in line with monthly and annual targets, striving to meet these wherever possible.

**Key Results Areas/Objectives**
- To build and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring that you communicate with them with full transparency and accuracy.
- To achieve set targets within required timescales with a focus on continually improving your performance and identifying opportunities for self-development.
- To maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with a view to tracking the progress of sales, assuming responsibility for the delivery and conclusion of sales.
- To proactively network and collaborate with third parties through different communication channels with a view to engaging new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
