Our ICT teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business. With complex, challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure effective IT support is available in the right place and at the right time.

Responsible to act as Service Desk Specialist for the UK business, your role will include conveying resolutions to customer issues, escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support, and following up with customers. Providing feedback, managing regional and global projects, and seeing issues through to resolution. This is a role whereby travel will be required to our other Mammoet UK office and project locations on a regular basis.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Provide support, service, and solutions to internal customers according to service level agreements.
- Provide first level & second level end-user support cascaded by the IT Service Desk from our Global Head Office
- Engaging with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and prioritizing demands to drive Regional and Global IT projects or initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Minimum degree in IT or equivalent
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Office Suite, Networking, Active Directory Domain, Windows OS, Azure Active Directory
- Experience in supporting Business Applications such as CRM, SAP S4 Hana, etc.
- Team player and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Service-minded and good problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to other Mammoet UK office and project locations regulary
