This is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join a busy Operations team and assist them in managing inventory and processing purchase orders. As Administrator you will be working with an exciting range of products which are household names, playinga key role to ensure that stock and fulfilment of orders are achieved on time and accurately.

What does the job involve?
- Tracking shipments and orders.
- Participating in inventory audits.
- Maintaining daily reports regarding stock.
- Raising and updating supplier purchase orders using SAP.
- Liaising with international offices on a daily basis.

Skills and experience required:

- Proven administration experience.
- A high level of accuracy.
- An organised and logical approach to work.
- Strong IT skills, experience of working with SAP would be of particular interest.

Details and benefits:
35.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Flexible between 8 and 6 with an early finish on Fridays (plus lunchtime finish on Fridays in the summer)

Hybrid working available once training completed (Up to 3 days a week working from home)

33 days holiday (incl BHs) with the opportunity to buy and sell additional annual leave.
