**JOB TITLE**: Operations Administrator
**LOCATION**: Exeter - some local travel will be required therefore drivers licence required. Flexible hybrid working offered after induction and training period.
**SALARY**: up to £24,000 plus fantastic benefits package
**HOURS**: Full time, Monday to Friday, either 8.00am-4.00pm or 9.00am-5.00pm (the company are very flexible)

**THE COMPANY**: Rare opportunity to join an award-winning public infrastructure and construction project company, who have a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK and internationally. You will be working as part of a friendly, small teamsupporting projects based in the South West.
**THE ROLE**: We are looking for an excellent administrator or coordinator, or someone with compliance and projects experience, who can provide efficient and timely management and administrative support to the General Manager, in relation toall aspects of managing the company's Project Operations. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for the office communications, liaising with Service Providers and Authority/Trust Staff to ensure an effective level of service is constantly maintained.
**DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:
- Support the General Manager as required
- Assist in Insurance and Legal claims made against the Projects, ensuring Service Providers and the Authorities adhere to the appropriate claims procedure.
- Attend multidisciplinary groups and committees
- Manage all office records and filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Organise and co-ordinate all meetings required
- Support the General Manager in contractor and sub-contractor performance monitoring regimes
- Support in ensuring that all Service Providers provide evidence of contractual compliance
- Adherence to the Authority/Trust policies and procedures
- Undertake site reviews
- Coordinate the production of project Board packs
**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
Essential
- Evidence of being able to take responsibility for identifying and addressing operational performance issues.
- High degree of interpersonal skills
- Problem solving in complex environments.
- Excellent written and presentational skills
- Efficient in Microsoft Office suite
Desirable
- Working within a PFI environment.
- Experience of working within complex contractual arrangements.
- Insurance claim management.
- Knowledge of quality, environmental and health and safety standards and industry specifications
- Recent DBS check advantageous
