TOMY Europe is a Children's Toy Manufacturer based in the UK, France and Germany, and supplies toys and game products to national and specialised retailers across Europe, Middle East and parts of Asia. TOMY currently has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our Stock Team in Exeter. Reporting to the Stock and Logistics Manager, you will assist in managing inventory and processing purchase orders in line with management requirements. Your role will include tracking shipments, participating in inventory audits, and maintaining various daily reports regarding stock holding, and raising and updating supplier purchase orders using SAP.

**_Key responsibilities: _**
- Processing goods received notes in SAP
- Making stock adjustments as advised by warehouse operatives in a timely manner
- Processing of inter warehouse transfers requests on system
- Purchase Order processing and updating
- Liaising with USA, Hong Kong and European offices daily
- Liaising with shipping agents
- Liaising with warehouse administrators
- Supplying stock information to all internal stakeholders
- Preparation of monthly inbound reports
- Undertake stock reconciliation investigations as required
- Reviewing material master data to ensure accuracy of database
- Undertake any IT system testing as required
- Timely investigation and resolution of stock discrepancies
- Reviewing and submitting rework requests as required
- Liaising with 3rd party factories in EU and China
- Attending and representing the Stock Team on various group meetings

**_Person Specification: _**
- Previous Administration experience (essential)
- Experience working with SAP (desirable)
- GCSE’s at grade C or recognised equivalent in Maths and English
- Positive and pro-active attitude towards tasks
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and show initiative within company guidelines
- Highly organised with a logical approach to tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team worker able to work with multiple groups and individuals across the business and with external parties to achieve results
