Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Rushden**, **provides support for people with **Learning Disabilities and Autism**

If you are an experienced Support Worker with at least 12 months' experience, an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every, this may be the role for you
**Responsibilities**:
- Work as part of a team delivering high quality support services in accordance with an agreed plan
- Promote and maintain independence, choice and respect throughout all aspects of the service
- Deliver support in accordance with the relevant National Minimum Standards
- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of your work
- Promote and support the health and safety of the service users at all times
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with tenants, families, colleagues, managers and other professionals, both in writing and verbally
- Undertake any other duties as required by the business
- Planning rotas and general data recording and reporting,
- Delivering information to the Administrator by agreed deadlines
**Requirements**:
- A commitment to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Proven experience at Senior Support Worker or Care Assistant level within a Supported Living environment
- Ability to work to a high standard on your own initiative and as part of a larger team
- QCF or NVQ Level 3 in Care, or another relevant field is essential
- A supervision qualification is desirable but not essential
- Able to work as part of a team delivering high quality support services in accordance with an agreed plan
- Demonstrate positive values in line with equal opportunities legislation
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect throughout all aspects of the service
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of your work
- Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be drivers with access to a car
