**Position**: Waking Nights Support Worker

**Salary**: Up to £10.45 an hour

**Location**: Rushden (NN10 postcode)

**Hours**: Full time, you must be able to commit to working nights during the week and at weekends

We are currently searching for naturally caring, adaptable and flexible individuals to join a fantastic team in Rushden who provides high quality support to children with Learning Disabilities, aged 5 - 17 years. This role is waking nights only. Its thestart of a brand new year so why not start now

**Qualifications**
- United Kingdom (required)
- Care: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

**Purpose of position**

Work as a member of a night team
Assist the children in preparing for bed and waking in the morning
Provide any personal care that is required
To be responsible for the childrens safety and well being during the night
Carry out regular checks and ensure all needs are met
Read and write reports for care plans
Create a nurturing and loving home environment
Develop trusting relationships that create growth and a lasting change
Respecting everyone's individuality
undertake day to day tasks such as cleaning, cooking etc
