Each one of our service users are different and their independence goals are personalised to them. Adaptability is at the core of who we are as a service, respecting that each client is an individual is the key to success Now, there may be some reoccurring themes around developing independence through the night such as:.Emotional and mental wellbeing support.Administering and assisting with medication.Support with personal care, toileting and health needs.Preparing and/or supporting with meal preparation.We are looking for individuals with a drive to make a difference and seek new opportunities for our service users to make the most out of their support and strive to reach their individual goals.What would I need to make a real difference?OurGROWvalues are the seedlings of everything we do.
