**THE COMPANY**:

Over the last 30 years we have demonstrated rapid growth to enable us to provide full UK coverage to all areas of the foodservice market place.
We provide bakery solutions including bread, patisserie, breakfast products and speciality bakery products.
Our comprehensive range enables us to provide a one stop solution to cover all areas of our customer’s menus.
Within the retail sector we have a strong presence in in-store bakery across the UK.
This is an area which has continued to thrive in recent years and is predicted to demonstrate continued growth.
You will find our products in many forecourts, convenience retail and food outlets - both national chain and independents.

**THE ROLE**:
This role involves managing accounts across the North and Scotland.
You will inherit a portfolio of established accounts and also be expected to grow this via effective new business.
These accounts are retail outlets within which there is a bakery concept and can include convenience retail and forecourt.
The accounts will be either large independent operators or regional chains and you will liaise both at buyer and store management level.
Unlike many retail orientated roles, you will have full P&L responsibility for each account and negotiate effecting terms and pricing structures.
You will also be involved in launching new ranges and promotional initiatives to the sector.
