**Full Job Description**

Small, friendly but very busy family-run Motorhome Sales Business on Hayling Island is looking for a bookkeeper/accounts administrator to manage all aspects of its financial reporting and bookkeeping ensuring they are complete, accurate and organised.

**The Job**
- Reconciliation of all ledgers, bank, credit card, cash and various other control accounts etc.
- Processing of VAT submissions / returns.
- Processing supplier invoices
- Accruals/Prepayments
- Debtor and Creditor reconciliations
- To maintain electronic filing of reports and records.
- To utilise internal recording systems and follow internal procedures to ensure work and data are recorded and completed to an exemplary standard.
- To work effectively and efficiently as part of a close-knit team.
- Answering some incoming calls and directing as required.

**The Person**
- Accounts - SAGE accounting and payroll experience is essential, as is previously working within bookkeeping.
- Computer literate including proficient with Microsoft Office and basic Excel
- Reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible
- Motivated, self-organised with plenty of initiative
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills to manage different financial duties including an ability to prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail important

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
