You will be the eyes and ears on our estates; looking after our communal areas ensuring our communities are safe, clean and somewhere our residents feel proud to live.

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled operative to help us provide a high quality, responsive and customer-focused service to our residents. You will be carrying out regular inspections of our blocks of flats, independent living schemes and external communal spaces, and will help maintain these buildings by completing minor repairs and maintenance. You will also provide a Handy-Person service to our residents carrying out small repairs, odd jobs and basic gardening, helping our residents maintain their homes and live independently.

About the role:

- Inspecting communal areas for repairs and maintenance issues, vandalism,
- graffiti and fly tipping while ensuring they are free from obstruction.
- Completing any repairs and maintenance issues.
- Ensuring communal areas are clean and safe by removing rubbish and bulk
- refuse and disposing of it appropriately.
- Carrying out small repairs, odd jobs and gardening duties to qualifying residents
- Carry out offices services tasks such as opening and closing the office and
- general maintenance.
- Answering customer queries while out on our estates.
- Any other reasonable duties that may be required

About You:

- You will have basic experience in multiple trade skills to enable you to carry out
- repairs and maintenance in our communal spaces and residents homes.
- You must be customer-focused, friendly and approachable as well as selfmotivated,
- organised and trustworthy.
- You will be an excellent communicator who can engage with your colleagues and
- our customers and respond to their requests effectively.
- You will need a reasonable standard of IT skills as you’ll be using our mobile
- working technology to respond to customer queries, raise repairs and complete
- inspections.
- You will be able to climb stairs and ladders and undertake physical tasks.
- This is a mobile role (vehicle provided) so you’ll need a full driving licence.
- The flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends where necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
