Our client is seeking an impressive Senior Analyst to join their growing team as a Real Estate Analyst in their offices near to Didcot, Oxfordshire.

**Description**
The Senior Analyst - Real Estate role requires someone highly organised, but someone who is calm and pragmatic in their response to changes and would be more suited to someone who can operate effectively in a highly varied environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
- Perform complex financial modelling work for new investment acquisitions, as well as for ongoing asset management and development decision making processes
- Analyse the viability of asset and development management initiatives and monitor the ongoing performance of investments
- Spearhead the annual budgeting process
- Lead the quarterly valuations exercise including maintenance of valuation models
- Assist with preparation of board papers and financial analysis supporting key decisions
- Builds and maintain relationships to acquire market insights from internal and external sources, such as lenders, valuers, brokers, and research professionals
- Contribute to the development of specialised research on the real estate market pertaining to geographic markets of interest and property types
**Profile**
The successful Senior Analyst can come from a variety of backgrounds and levels but the key criteria is:
- Recent relevant experience in an Analyst role, ideally in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or other related fields
The individual will be:
- Financially numerate with excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentation documents
- Outstanding modelling skills and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to run a variety of tasks at once
- Good organisational/time management skills and rigorous eye for detail
