**Commercial Finance Analyst - Didcot (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office) - £35000 - £40000**

**Our Client**:
A well known and impressive Business based in Didcot looking to find a talented Commercial Finance Analyst to help continue the Companies impressive and continual growth strategy.

**The Role**:
A commercially focused role, responsible for working with the business to help make informed decisions and drive profitability. A high profile role because there is a reporting line through the CFO along with communication with senior stakeholders acrossthe business.

To ensure that actual and forecast management information is accurate and timely to meet business and regulatory requirements and that the Group's financial governance controls are applied.
- Work with Finance Business Partners to deliver insight into the business units and to drive business performance to help delivery of forecast/budget and wider strategic plan
- Ownership of Producing Board pack
- Assist in the preparation of P&L reviews
- Production of a Balanced Scorecard
- Input into the Monthly Budget Holder performance reviews
- To prepare the sales reports for capturing customer and product profitability
- Assist and eventually lead business reviews with account directors
- Produce Pipeline reporting & review pack with business team
- Own the calculation sign off for commission payments
- Assist in the production of the annual budget
- Develop and complete the first checkpoint reviews of some customer/product cost models
- Review marketing expenditure, and evaluate success and ROI

You will be a commercial and analytical part qualified or newly qualified accountant. You will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills, broad commercial awareness with the ability to take balanced views on short
- and long-termimplications and identify opportunities to make more profitable decisions
