Davis Tate are looking to recruit a professional Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Didcot.

Davis Tate have been around since 1991 and currently have 12 branches throughout Berkshire and Oxfordshire. We now form part of LSLi, a specialist in property providing growth and development for independent property Estate and Letting Agents, with their support we continue to be a local, trusted and a recommended Estate Agent.

As the successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be generating new business across residential sales and lettings and new homes sales, gaining property instructions and sourcing suitable buyers and tenants.

As the Sales and Lettings Negotiator you must possess:

- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- The ability to remain calm and focused while under pressure, due to the nature of the working environment and volume fluctuation
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own Vehicle
