The Buddi Customer Service Team cover a range of services and aspects of the business from monitoring people movement, analysing GPS and tracking data, first line technical support, B2B & B2C support, sales support enquiries and much more. The role will vary from day to day as will the customers you’ll be liaising with.

We're looking for someone to work full time, 40 hours per week on a shift rotation basis (Monday - Sunday), more details found below.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- People location monitoring - analysing location data in a timely manner, completing thorough investigations to make an informed decision and communicating your findings with the relevant criminal justice authorities.
- Supporting elderly or vulnerable Buddi wearers and their friends & family with sales enquiries, 1st line technical support and location data.
- Working with a variety of customers including global police forces, local authorities, Field Officers and the general public to assist with their varied requirements.
- Arranging field visits to install electronic monitoring equipment within London and the US, working with our field officers to ensure a smooth installation as well as efficient removal of equipment.
- Confidently navigating our internal Buddi systems to thoroughly diagnose and resolve enquiries and coach customers through their own personal use of the systems.
- Escalating and resolving issues in a timely manner and ensuring they are solved within the given SLA.

- Customer Service Experience - we all know Customer Service comes in variety of forms and we really don’t mind where you gained your experience, as long as you can show us that you really care about people and can go that extra mile to make a difference.
- Level-headed
- It’s vital that you can remain calm and collected in difficult situations. We have a responsibility to ensure the safety of our wearers as well as the general public so a calm demeaner will be needed in multiple scenarios.
- Organisation and multitasking
- being able to juggle different tasks whilst staying organised is key in this role.
- Good communication
- it is important that you are articulate and have good communication skills in order to ensure no information is misinterpreted
- Problem solving
- take a logical and organised approach to problem-solving, asking appropriate questions to facilitate the collection of information required
- Good work ethic
- team player who is able to work unsupervised

- Technical minded with an aptitude for new technologies - technical experience isn’t vital as it can be learnt, but we are a tech company at the end of the day so an open mind in learning new technologies and systems is welcomed.

**Hours/Shifts**:
Full Time Hours - 40 hours across 5 days per week, Monday - Sunday.
- This will be a variety of shifts from 6:30am-10am starts on a weekly rotational basis._
- Weekend working will be required on a rotational basis, Saturday and Sunday, with a scheduled day off either side._
- We are open to discuss set hours for example Wednesday to Sunday - please discuss during interview._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
