As they continue to expand their specialist technical services, we are seeking a Specialist LCA Consultant with strong embodied carbon and whole-life carbon expertise to join their high-performing team.The RoleAs an LCA Consultant, you will lead and deliver high-quality technical project work across Life Cycle Assessment, embodied carbon strategies, and circular economy planning, while supporting wider sustainability and environmental advisory services across the business. You will work directly with clients, design teams, planners, architects and major developers, ensuring strong carbon, resource efficiency and sustainability outcomes from early concept through to completion.ResponsibilitiesDeliver Life Cycle Assessments, embodied carbon strategies, and circular economy studies.Support wider sustainability services where required.Maintain expert knowledge of Building Regulations, planning policy, and industry codes.Produce clear, high-quality technical reports, presentations and strategies.Apply analytical and creative problem-solving to produce robust, value-driven outcomes.Demonstrate 'expert' capability in at least one designated specialist service area.Plan, manage and deliver consultancy work to time, budget and scope.Lead your own multidisciplinary projects while supporting wider teams.Use internal systems and forward planning to maintain strong project oversight.Gather, review, and analyse all required project information through client portals and documentation.About YouExperience delivering LCAs, embodied carbon or circular economy consultancy.Strong understanding of carbon, sustainability, and environmental performance in the built environment.A proactive, analytical, solution-oriented mindset.Confident engaging with clients, project teams and internal stakeholders.Working towards or already holding Chartership (IEMA, CIBSE, RICS, ICE or similar) is strongly preferred.This is a rare opportunity to join one of the sector's most respected consultancies—where innovation, technical excellence and professional development are genuinely prioritised.Ready to take the next step?
