I am currently working with an early-stage venture capital investor who with their unique investment strategy/thesis and very gifted & intelligent team, have been able to have an incredible impact on the global start-up ecosystem through some of the investmentsthey have made in recent years. As an investor they value the ability to invest often as the first institutional investor, helping to scale start-ups from zero to multi-billion dollar market leading companies. They focus and work best with companies who arecoming from the outside to test the boundaries and disrupt various industries. The fund are truly internationally focused, having invested and built businesses in three continents including various countries across those regions.

The fund are currently looking to expand their team in their headquarters in London. They are looking to continue to expand their international footprint as they search for native Spanish and/or German speakers to help build out coverage in those markets.Your role will focus on all of the classical elements of a VC position, involving yourself within research, networking, marketing, sourcing, deal-making and portfolio management/value creation. You will also be key to building and leading these new markets,developing the infrastructure and ecosystem.
Key skills and experience:

- Up to 5 years of experience in Venture Capital, Consulting or Start-ups
- Entrepreneurial experience would be a huge bonus such as founding your own company, working with start-ups as an advisor etc
- History of excellent performance such as achieving a fast-track promotion, exceptional academic performance, sporting achievements or founding your own company at a young age
- Native Spanish or German speaker
- Very comfortable working in a flat and entrepreneurial structure, possessing a lot of flexibility in your temperament
