The Opportunity

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious investment professional to join the technology investment team in London at Associate level. You will work closely with senior investors on sourcing, evaluating, and executing venture and growth investments across software, internet, and emerging technology sectors. The role offers a high level of exposure to entrepreneurs, investment decision-making, and portfolio strategy within one of the most respected global venture platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, and execution
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis across emerging technology verticals
  • Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners to identify new opportunities
  • Work with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, including business development and growth planning
  • Prepare investment materials and present findings to the investment committee
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership across the technology sector

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, technology investment banking, or top-tier strategy consulting
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and financial modelling skills
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and understanding of emerging trends in software, AI, and digital platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
