Our client is a prestigious international investment firm with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their newly formed UK-focused investments team in London. The team will focus on investments in technology,life sciences and energy transition/renewable energy, from venture capital and growth equity to private equity.
**What the job involves**:

- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process
- Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
- Developing and analysing financial models as well as assisting with due diligence
- Supporting asset management activities, including asset valuation, monitoring financial performance and preparing internal and external portfolio communication
- Managing Analysts/Senior Analysts on the team

**Who we are looking for**:

- You should have a demonstrable track record of executing M&A transactions
- You should have a strong business acumen and a passion for technology, healthcare and energy investments
- Degree in finance, business management, economics or equivalent, from a top-tier university
