This agency has an immense global presence and a formidable reputation within the medical communications space and is looking to maintain this reputation within its client services team. They have lovely new offices, situated in London if you wish to goin, and also provide a flexible working model - should that be your preference.
**Associate Director**
As an **Associate Director**, you will be a senior team member and have extensive expertise and experience within the medical communications space. You will be able to mentor and develop different members of the team and identify new businessand areas of growth for the business. You will also be able to build influential relationships with new and existing clients, and amongst the business network.
**Essential Experience**
- Extensive Medical Communications Agency experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Line management experience
In return, you will receive a salary in the region of **£75,000-£80,000** (dependant on experience), flexible working and ongoing career development.
