Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (100% office based)

Location: Head Office (Coleshill)

**Salary**: £25,000-£28,000 (dependent on experience)

THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for the following:

- Maintaining the website - assist with the creation and maintenance of product listings (this will include uploading imagery, copywriting product descriptions, and making sure listings are consistent across the site).
- Maximise customer engagement and satisfaction via online social media platforms and marketplaces.
- Liaising with customers regarding their online orders and any queries they may have.
- Liaising with departments to ensure stock, pricing, and lead times are accurately kept up to date across the website.
- Assisting the Head of Digital/Ecommerce with setting up for photo shoots and other tasks
- General administration duties

SKILLS:

- Experience within an Ecommerce environment/basic understanding of Ecommerce platforms (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Results driven and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent literacy skills.
- Experience of working on systems and portals
- Customer Service experience preferable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
