**Introduction**

Lineage Logistics are the world's largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics.

We store, prepare, and move food-based products for a variety of customers from major retailers to schools, hospitals, and restaurants.

To support customer demand, we are currently seeking an Inventory Control Administrator in our Hams Hall depot for the following shifts:

- Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30

**The role**

In this role you will complete varied tasks which include:

- Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records
- Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports
- Determine stock supply and need for replenishment
- Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues
- Find product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories
- Look at stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorised substitutes, and other listed information with catalogues, manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of shipping order
- Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products
- Following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Previous experience of stock control
- Computer literate, i. e., a confident user of all Microsoft packages
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Confident communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team
