Early Help offers a wide range of support for children aged 0 to 11 years old and their families. The Hub provides a base for bringing together a range of services to form an effective Early Help Team.
All staff will work with partners across the locality to deliver an integrated approach to Early Help Services.
This role will be to perform reception duties and provide administrative support to the Early Help Teams across a locality area. You will be responsible for sharing information about Family Hubs, using social media and marketing platforms to ensure that support reaches the local community.
Experience of office procedures, I.T. systems including data inputting with accuracy is required. Do you have a good standard of English and Maths GCSE (grade C/4) or working towards?
Customer Service is also an important skill, required to ensure that all children and their family's feel welcomed and supported in a fun, relaxed Family Hub.
