**About the role**:
If you’re a motivated and competitive individual, this role most definitely be suitable for you You’re main responsibilities will be to provide a professional, effective & compelling bid
- writing service to the business development team. You will be supportingthe businesses success in converting & winning tenders in line with company visions & value.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend meetings as required with the business development team to agree strategy, content & actions
- Collate data for & complete RFI’s (Return For Information), PQQ’s (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire), ITT’s (Instructions to Tender) and RFQ’s (Request For Quotation) etc. Within defined deadlines & to a high quality.
- Work with the team to create and produce winning, compelling, professional and high quality tenders
- for proposals & reports, within defined deadlines.
- Creation of presentations to high standards.
- Maintain & have working knowledge of tender submissions.
- Create letters & reports as required.
- Input to post tender presentations & face to face negotiations.
- Dissect questions & produce answer plans to maximise relevant information extracted from team members.
- Review, edit and write material for case studies / data sheets.
- Ensure the timely submission of tenders and other proposals.
- Support the development and maintenance of a bid library.
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

**Skills**:

- Professional writing skills with a proven experience of understanding bid procedures, responding to tenders & framework bids
- ideally in the cleaning/ associated services industry.
- Excellent IT skills such as; Microsoft Office suite, and other desk-top publishing packages with the ability to produce / edit presentations, tenders, proposals documents
- An excellent communicator & the ability to confidently liaise at all levels of the business.
- Highly organised. Ability to work effectively with team and independently to defined deadlines.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure to deliver high quality submissions, in line with the tender submission deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail & a high level of focus on the achievement of targets.
- Meeting company core values by keeping professional through internal & external relationships.
