A permanent Management Accountant role based in Kettering whilst offering hybrid working for a rapidly growing beverage manufacturer with a global customer base.

This is a varied and hands-on Management Accountant position that covers all areas of management accounts and business partnering responsibilities.

**Client Details**

**Description**
- Preparation of management accounts and finance reporting in line with business rhythm assisting in key decision making
- Supporting month end duties
- Analysing financial information to support key budget holders assisting in profitability and growth
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
- Managing effective relationships with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to increase commercial awareness to help improve results
- Identifying opportunities for improvements in processes and systems
- Identifying and communicating risks and opportunities
- Ad-hoc project work
- Any other duties as reasonably required

**Profile**
- Part-qualified or qualified by experience
- Will have worked for a small business or a practice
- Ability to build strong relationships and work as part of a team
- Outstanding communication skills to inspire and influence
- Flexible and adaptable - we move at a fast pace
- Commercial Acumen - proven track record in partnering teams to interpret financials into meaningful business recommendations
- Focus on continuous improvement - challenging the norm
- Attention to detail
- Analytical - able to get into the detail and understand what is going on
- Strong reporting and analytical experience for month end results production/oversight and analysis
- Able to talk with clarity on financial matters and processes to non-finance employees
- Hands on experience with an ERP (NetSuite preferable)
