HRS Healthcare - Healthcare Recruitment Specialists are looking for another Executive Recruiter due to growth. This role is a 360-degree recruitment role that will involve executive search as well as business development (permanent placements).

**About the role**
- The Executive Recruiter will be sourcing for a wide range of permanent opportunities within the Healthcare Sector, for roles such as Registered Managers, Hospital Directors, Clinical Leads and AHPs.
- Using a variety of tools to direct source, network and build relationships within the healthcare sector.
- Applicant mapping.
- Business development of clients, winning new business and providing first class service to both applicants and clients.
- This is a targeted role, so you will be self-driven and able to work autonomously.

**About you**
- You will have a minimum of 5 years recent recruitment experience as a 360 degrees recruiter.
- Must have business development experience of winning new clients.
- Able to prove your previous billing.
- You will have experience within the healthcare market, happy to consider any niche sector within healthcare.
- Strong work ethic with a passion for recruitment.
- Strong IT skills - able to use the latest technology in order to support your natural recruitment skills.
- You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

**What’s on offer for the Recruitment Consultant role?**
- We will offer you a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience plus commission.
- 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm.
