- **Your duties**:

- As Head of Faculty you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of animal welfare education. You will lead a dynamic team, oversee curriculum development, and ensure outstanding teaching and learning across a diverse range of programmes.

- Provide strategic leadership aligned with the College’s vision and values
- Manage faculty budgets and drive income generation
- Lead curriculum innovation and quality assurance
- Foster strong employer and industry partnerships
- Champion staff development and performance
- Ensure effective resource and infrastructure management

- **Person specification**:

- Strong leadership and budget management skills
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one)
- Proven experience in animal welfare or related fields
- A track record of curriculum innovation and student success
