We are looking for a qualified Lecturer - Electrical with experience in the sector to join the Construction team as a Lecturer at our Moulton site.

Your dutiesYou will:
- Delivering the Construction - Electrical Curriculum.
- Acting as a course tutor to full-time and part-time groups and undertake the associated organisation, administration, and monitoring of attendance.
- Participating in curriculum development to meet the needs of changing industrial demand and College development.
We have exceptional facilities, these are designed to ensure that students get a realistic experience of working to an industrial standard.

Person specificationThe successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:
- Educated to level 2 or 3 or equivalent in Electrical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present information effectively to engage students, employees and customers
- Prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or have a Teaching qualification.
