Lecturer - Electrical

We are looking for a qualified Lecturer - Electrical with experience in the sector to join the Construction team as a Lecturer at our Moulton site.

Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 15 December 2025.

You will:

• Delivering the Construction - Electrical Curriculum.
• Acting as a course tutor to full-time and part-time groups and undertake the associated organisation, administration, and monitoring of attendance.
• Participating in curriculum development to meet the needs of changing industrial demand and College development.

The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

• Educated to level 2 or 3 or equivalent in Electrical
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present information effectively to engage students, employees and customers
• Prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or have a Teaching qualification.
