**Job Purpose
- **RELATIONSHIP MANAGER**
- To be able to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Efficient in time management and demonstrate effective planning and organising skills to ensure all tasks are completed in time.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and motivate others to develop/grow industry-specific knowledge and skills.
- Managing employer expectations and effective control in the recruitment journey.
- Provide a sense of authority to the customers and enable them to feel more confident & strengthened.

**Key Responsibilities
- **RELATIONSHIP MANAGER**
- Sourcing employers - this will be a mix of leads and cold calling.
- Place customers into employment with existing employer base, developing and coordinating a precise recruitment journey.
- Create awareness amongst the employers about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.
- Liaising with Employment Advisors to promote current vacancies and upcoming positions.
- Hold employer-led workshops for our participants to prepare them for the interview. These are designed by Get Set UK based on the employer’s job specifications.
- Provide customers with quality constructive feedback that allows them to improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.
- Be present at the interviews to support the employer and the participant in the recruitment journey.
- Gain evidence of employment - 13 weeks and 26 weeks retention from the employer to validate outcomes to the funder.
- Regular in-work support calls to the employers to gain updates about the participants' progress at work.
- Provide support to the stakeholders to enable them to sustain employment through good practice and overcome any foreseen barriers.
- Networking & promotion at our stakeholders’ events (Job centres and Local Authority).
- Maintain effective market intelligence through affiliation with network groups.
- Promote the 'Disability Confident’ award with the employers and support them in achieving Level 1.

- Willingness to travel in/around London.
