**The opportunity as a Relationship Manager**:
Due to significant growth of our B2B relationships, we are expanding our marketplace function and increasing our fleets of Drivers across the UK. We are looking for a Relationship Manager, who will effectively manage and grow existing accounts, engage newfleets to our platform and support the ongoing development of our proposition.
Drivers are the lifeblood to our Marketplace and an integral part of our business. This role will have a direct impact on the success whilst having the ability to enhance skills in a thriving business and ultimately, help make Shift a household name.
**Responsibilities included as a Relationship Manager**:
- Maintain long lasting relationships with our current fleets of drivers who service our bookings via our platform. Ensuring they are kept up to date with our services and resolve any obstacles quickly and efficiently
- Build out Relationship Management way of working such as best practices, engagement, reporting etc
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, using the data to identify any areas of improvements and sales opportunities within existing accounts. Communicate internally and externally
- Deliver performance reviews with fleets based on GMV and booking numbers
- Assist with service design of our dashboard and ongoing improvements. Define the proposition alongside the Head of Marketplace
- Upsell and work in cross functional teams such as Tech, Product, Marketing etc
- Actively seek new sales opportunities by prospecting new and larger fleets selling the Shift partnership and benefits of our service. Onboarding onto our platform
**Requirements**:
**What you need to bring**:
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager or similar role
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Commercially aware and customer focused
- Self starter that can work in the grey and is ambiguous
- Excited by the prospect of evolving a service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical and problem solver
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Ability to collaborate and liaise with cross functional internal teams
- Experience in prospecting new business (desirable)
- A drive for personal growth and development
- A sense of humour
The role may require occasional travel.
**Benefits**
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
