**Role Summary**

Working as part of the office administration team, the People and Recruitment administrator will focus on the advertisement, selection and recruitment process.

This individual will be responsible for organising and administering selection processes for all individuals wishing to join #TeamECS, whilst supporting the rest of the team in ongoing compliance of all contractors and employees within ECS.

This role provides an initial contact for people interested in joining #TeamECS and we are looking for someone who will support applicants through their journey to becoming part of our team, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment. Please note that whilst many roles are clinical, no clinical knowledge is required

This role involves three key areas of responsibility:

- Recruitment and Engagement
- Liaising with Ambulance, Event and Education teams to understand current roles required and assist in job advertisements.
- Plan, administrate and deliver interview and selection days. This includes sitting on the interview panel and administering clinical assessments.
- Follow up with applicants about outcomes and feedback.
- Engage with the ECS workforce to drive retention.
- Ongoing Compliance
- Work within the team to support the onboarding and induction processes.
- Support the team with ongoing compliance of all active team members, using specialised systems to track any compliance requirements.
- HR activity
- Support with Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment
- Assisting with reviews, appraisals and disciplinary proceedings as required.

Along with the above key responsibilities, this role may also involve supporting general business administration duties and above all else, engaging with the ethos of ECS to develop a rapidly growing business, striving for excellence.

Founded in 2015, Enhanced Care Services has developed into a well regarded, clinically led organisation with high standards and a focus on patient care. Having initially delivered enhanced and critical care to a range of events, ECS now oversees the medical cover to over a wide variety of events each year, whilst also operating a range of ambulance and clinical services and provides medical education at all levels.
