We are currently working with a new client to People Prospect Solutions who are looking for a Resourcer to work within their blue-collar rail sector. No previous rail experience is necessary, but ideally they would be looking for someone who has recruitmentexperience, who is used to working in a busy environment and who they can train in the finer details of rail compliance. You will be reporting to the Divisional Manger allowing her time to move forward with business development as your confidence and abilitiesgrow. You can expect your career to develop as time goes on, with full support from an Internal Trainer and your manager.

It’s an incredibly busy job with 30 to 40 booking coming in at any one time. You will need to be flexible, adaptable and driven.

The role affords a huge benefits package along with free parking and the ability to earn up to £30, 000 in your first year in recruitment
