Responsible for our clients talent attraction strategy and partnering with Executive & Senior Management and operations teams, this role directly manages the Recruitment and Onboarding processes for the Group.

Drive and embed excellent attraction campaigns, acting as an ambassador for the brand both internally and externally, and raising the profile of our client as an employer of choice through attracting and developing an exceptional calibre of talent.

Responsible for execution of the resourcing elements of the Company People Plan through working closely with the Group Director of HR to draw up an effective recruitment strategy to maintain a constant talent pipeline ahead of need.

Manage a Recruitment team to drive and deliver talent attraction and recruitment services including advertising, screening, processing, offering & onboarding applicants using best practice solutions.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand the unique roles within our business, identifying current and future demands that effect our staff profile to enable efficient workforce planning.
- Produce up to date forecasted establishment figures and ensure that the recruitment pipeline meets these requirements in terms of any increase.
- Maintain up to date Job Description library and key attraction documents including Adverts, Interview guides and templates, competency matrices and scoring guides.
- Responsible for the business talent attraction strategy: utilising job boards, direct sourcing, social media and constantly reviewing their effectiveness. Also utilise all entry points including apprenticeships and employability programmes.
- Actively promote vacancies across all channels, including social media, in addition to upskilling and supporting Hiring Managers on the use of social media.
- Partner with the Marketing team to ensure branded attraction solutions
- Write and place attractive job adverts that reflect our values & branding and capture our target audience.
- Provide complete resourcing expertise and support to our operations teams in a professional and commercial way, whilst always driving the culture, vision and values of the Group
- Work collaboratively with Managers on internal promotions & transfers to retain talent.
- Maintain and track key recruitment metrics driving operational and cost efficiency related to resourcing
- Stay up to date with emerging recruitment trends to ensure the best talent has visibility of the business brands
- To work within agreed budgets and policies
- As the ATS Systems Administrator ensure the Applicant Tracking System is fit for purpose & train Hiring Managers to use it effectively.
- Train & coach hiring managers in competency-based interview techniques ensuring that they recruit the best people.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:
**Essential**:

- Proven experience of developing & successfully delivering a talent attraction strategy.
- Great at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external, through listening and adjusting communication style to meet the needs of the audience
- Strong all-round communication skills including delivery and presentation of information to all levels
- IT proficient - super user of ATS software
- Knowledge of Contract of Employment legislation
- Proficient at writing engaging adverts and maximising channel responses.
- A good collaborator with effective negotiation skills and resilience to work successfully with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work across multiple businesses and to prioritise based on business needs.
- Proven experience of successfully managing a Recruitment Team
- Educated to A Level Standard or equivalent
- REC qualified and a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition as a career

This role is open to hybrid working (i.e.working from home and in the office) pattern.
