**About the job**
**Your main responsibilities will be**:
- Responsible for all aspects of the administrative elements of the recruitment process.
- Greeting people on arrival to the office
- Compile new entrant list and new entrant paperwork.
- Liaise with new entrants regarding key aspects of their onboarding.
- Processing all paperwork and tasks associated with probations including obtaining references and DBS checks.
- Promptly answering calls to Recruitment and dealing with the requests.
- Updating internal systems with relevant information.
- Rigorously maintain the filing system to ensure that all paperwork is actively stored and is easily retrievable.
- Assist with the preparation of rooms and resources for assessment centres and with the smooth running of the day.
- Carry out photocopying as requested.
- Assist with any special projects and support the recruitment team as necessary.
**As a minimum, you will need to have**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong administrative background essential.

- Ability to deal with confidential information.
- IT literate and sound knowledge of computer based packages, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
**About the location**
Overline House is conveniently situated overlooking Southampton Central Station and is easily accessible by public transport. The station is very local to West Quay, a hub for retailers and restaurants, and provides an excellent link between London, Coastal areas and the Isle of Wight.
**Working pattern**
An average of 37 hours per week over 5 days, typically, office hours, Monday - Friday.
