Job Introduction
Main Responsibilities
As Digital Media and Communications Partner you will manage and oversee our social platforms and create digital and video assets that are appropriate for both internal and external audiences.
This is a vital role to assist with the delivery of our employment proposition and communications to both current employees and future new starters. You will ensure that all our marketing material is of the upmost highest quality to reflect our service to the Children we support and company core values.
- Using our Employee Value Proposition to write engaging video and blog content that is appropriate for sharing both internally and externally across our digital platforms.
- Create key strategic messaging for target audiences.
- Produce, source and manage internal and external social media assets and create engaging content for our online adverts and posts
- Incorporate multiple social media platforms in creative innovative ways to maintain our digital presence
- Moderate and monitor social media engagement and respond in a timely professional manner
- Research and analyse social media trends, including recruitment campaign effectiveness and web visitor data to improve social media presence and campaign efficiency
- Promote reviews and respond accordingly through Indeed, Linked In, Glassdoor and other online forums
- Research and suggest other recruitment sources and channels
- Create videos and photography to use in our internal and external engagement initiatives.
- Design and develop a comprehensive digital communications and social media activity plan
- Work with key stakeholders, both internally and externally and be the main point of contact.
- Work with third party suppliers to promote overall brand through all marketing platforms.
You will be expert on all matters pertaining to our digital media communications, therefore we are looking for innovation, creativity and high quality results. You will also need:
- Degree in Digital Media and Communications (or an equivalent) where you have primed your skills in the design, creation and deployment of digital marketing campaigns
- Ideally, you will have at least 2 years industry experience and are able to self-mange your creative planning
- Knowledge of PPC, Google, Facebook, Linked In, Glassdoor, Indeed, Banner Ads
- Understanding of digital marketing and analytics performance
- Video and photography design and creation
- Experience of producing and marketing internal and external blogs across various platforms
