Customer Experience Support - PAYE - Surrey

Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an accomplished Customer Experience Support Specialist to work onsite with a client, delivering day to day operational support to the Customer Experience team. The Customer Experience Support Specialist will help to drive process improvements in the day to day operations and ensure an excellent customer experience. This is a PAYE role for 8mths. 2 days a week required in office.
- Resolving problematic customer price, logistics, and promotional claims
- Working with Customer Account Team to proactively schedule customer orders
- Understand the total Customer Operations Process, both Supply Chain and Commercial aspects of the Customer experience.

Essential
- Background in customer experience support
- Supply Chain Mastery - A clear understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain operations, and data up and down the Supply Chain.
- Good Commercial Business Acumen - understands the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the Order to Cash cycle.
- Relationship Building, Partnering, and Influencing
- Sector: Retail, cosmetics, beverages, FMCG or pharma - Helpful
- Multi tasker with assertiveness and confidence
- IT systems: SAP knowledge would be useful
- Microsoft Excel experience
