Our client, a reputable maintenance contrractor, is currently seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the Bid Team to achieve their goals. As Bid Coordinator, you must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work both independentlyand in collaboration with colleagues. The ideal Bid Coordinator will have the relevant qualifications, along with at least two years experience in a similar role.

**Responsibilities**:
Working with the wider bid and submissions team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating and compiling prequalification questionnaires from receipt to submission whilst effectively tailoring each submission to make it bespoke to each clients’individual requirements. Providing relevant and high-quality submissions content whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency, you will also ensure the best collective data is available and present information in engaging and innovative ways. It will be imperativethat you support, engage and develop the wider team whilst driving positive change and continuous improvement.
- Consistent prospecting for new opportunities through tender portals
- Develop and maintain bid resources to support a fast-paced environment
- Support progression of the Bid Strategy, collaborating with departments across the business to ascertain areas of improvement
- Administrational support
- Ensure compliance throughout the tender process
- Complete full prospect reviews, preparing bid highlights for kick off meetings
- Support the compilation of documents for submission, including appendices
- Work in conjunction with the Bid Manager and Business Development Managers to develop quality responses
- Manage key dates, deadlines and schedule follow up correspondence
- Professional and coherent communication internally and with external contacts
- Coordinate with suppliers for key information and pricing
- Maintain data records for all prospects for analysis
- Schedule meetings and prepare supporting materials
- Manage and maintain all bid records via SharePoint
- Daily surveillance of systems for crucial alerts and corresponding POs, followed by the distribution to the relevant parties

**Requirements**:

- Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge
- Diary Management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident spoken and written communication skills
- Minimum Grade B / Level 6 Maths and English qualifications
- Can-do attitude with initiative to learn and develop
- Two years of previous experience within a Bid Coordinator role
