Bid CoordinatorSolihull or BristolAn opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator to join the team at Galliford Try.Ideally, you will based in or around the West Midlands or South West, we have offices in both Solihull and Bristol.What you will be doing: Provide coordination for business unit bid activity in accordance with the BMS. Assist in the development of the bid submissions function ensuring consistent high-quality bids and continuous review and improvement to be industry leading. Ensure commonality across all bid submissions aligned with sector specific requirements Support the identification of winning bid strategies / themes / differentiation. Ensure bid strategies / themes / differentiation are incorporated into the final bid submissions. Co-ordinate all bid activities in liaison with the Bid Team. Assist the Bid Leader / Bid Manager / Bid Writer in compliance with the corporate bid approvals process. Record and manage bid issues – escalating where appropriate. Organise bid meetings/workshops – recording and distributing actions enabling completion to agreed timescales. Coordination of outsourced bid resources / external advisors / consultants in conjunction with the Bid Lead. Preparation of bid answer responses e.g. written answers, methodologies, process etc. About You: Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team made up of fellow employees and external partners. Integrity, drive, determination and enthusiasm. Good interpersonal skills. Able to build good working relationships.
